Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all offers, agreements and services provided by Teamlead (LLM Solutions), unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Any customer terms only apply if Teamlead has explicitly accepted them in writing.

Quotes and proposals are non-binding unless stated otherwise.

An agreement is concluded once both parties have confirmed the offer in writing or digitally.

Teamlead provides software services for workforce management, planning and related support.

The customer is responsible for lawful and proper use of the platform, including user account management and access control.

Pricing is defined in the agreement or offer and excludes VAT unless stated otherwise.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed term. In case of late payment, Teamlead may charge statutory interest and collection costs.

Teamlead aims for high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates and security measures may result in temporary service limitations.

Both parties act in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR.

Processing of personal data is governed by the applicable data processing arrangements and Teamlead privacy policy.

All intellectual property rights related to the software, documentation and related materials remain with Teamlead or its licensors.

The customer receives only the usage rights explicitly granted in the agreement.

Teamlead is only liable for direct damage and only up to the amount allowed by the agreement and applicable law.

Liability for indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of profit or missed savings is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Contract term and notice periods follow the signed agreement.

After termination, usage rights end and data handling follows the agreed offboarding process.

All agreements with Teamlead are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
